Terms of Use

These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If the two conflict, the Standard EULA prevails. The app is provided by Carl Johansson, Sweden.
The app
Wallify is a planning tool. Previews, measurements and AR views are approximations that depend on your photo, the measurements you enter and your device. Always check measurements and the wall's construction (cables, pipes, load-bearing capacity) before drilling or hanging. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to walls, objects or property.
Wallify Pro
- Wallify Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Shop and third-party stores
Products in the shop are sold by independent stores, and they are the seller. Their terms, prices, delivery and return policies apply, including your right of withdrawal. We may earn a commission on purchases. Prices and availability shown in the app may change and are confirmed by the store.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos and designs. Make sure you have the right to use the images you import. Your content stays on your device, and we receive no licence to it.
Consumer rights and law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law. Swedish law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the law of your country of residence.

Appen
Wallify är ett planeringsverktyg. Förhandsvisningar, mått och AR-vyer är uppskattningar som beror på ditt foto, måtten du anger och din enhet. Kontrollera alltid mått och väggens konstruktion (elledningar, rör, bärförmåga) innan du borrar eller hänger. Vi ansvarar i den utsträckning lagen tillåter inte för skador på väggar, föremål eller egendom.
Wallify Pro
- Wallify Pro erbjuds som månads- eller årsprenumeration som förnyas automatiskt, eller som ett engångsköp för alltid. Aktuella priser visas i appen innan du köper.
- Betalningen dras från ditt Apple-ID när du bekräftar köpet.
- Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt om du inte säger upp den senast 24 timmar före periodens slut. Förnyelsen debiteras inom 24 timmar före periodens slut.
- Du hanterar och säger upp prenumerationer i Inställningar → [ditt namn] → Prenumerationer.
- Om en gratis provperiod erbjuds upphör den oanvända delen när du köper en prenumeration.
- Återbetalningar hanteras av Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Butik och andra butiker
Produkterna i butiken säljs av fristående butiker, och det är de som är säljare. Deras villkor, priser, leverans- och returregler gäller, inklusive din ångerrätt. Vi kan få provision på köp. Priser och tillgänglighet i appen kan ändras och bekräftas av butiken.
Ditt innehåll
Du behåller alla rättigheter till dina bilder och designer. Se till att du har rätt att använda bilderna du lägger in. Ditt innehåll stannar i din enhet, och vi får ingen licens till det.
Konsumenträtt och lag
Ingenting i villkoren begränsar dina rättigheter enligt tvingande konsumentlagstiftning. Svensk lag gäller, utan att du förlorar skyddet i lagen i ditt hemland.
